At the Board’s meeting of January 20,
2006, Board members voted that all enforcement actions ordered by the Board
beginning July 1, 2006, will be posted to this page, with the exception of
new applicants who have worked thirty (30) days or less upon submitting
application and those who renew within the sixty (60) day grace period
issued by the Board. All other actions taken
will be posted on the website within thirty (30) days of the final decision.
The action will be posted under the licensee’s name on the searchable
database permanently, as well as on this Enforcement Actions page for one
(1) year from the date of sanction. After one year, the Board will
remove the posting from this page, and the action will only be listed under
the individual’s name on the searchable database.
The final Consent Agreement and Order may be obtained by
double-clicking the respective document.
Any
sanctions prior to July 1, 2006, can be obtained by contacting the Board
office in writing at LBEDN, 18550 Highland Road, Suite B, Baton Rouge,
Louisiana 70809. A copy fee will be assessed.
