	Volunteer Licensed Dietitians/Nutritionist needed: Poster and Form
	Name and/or Address Change online form!
	The Board encourages Licensed Dietitians/Nutritionists to use the designation LDN after their names on all professional correspondence, as this is the legal designation for licensing in the State of Louisiana. In accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association, the Board recommends the following order for listing your credentials: name, an indication of educational attainment if it is used, RD, LDN, followed by other certifications. The following is given as an example: Jane Doe, MS, RD, LDN, CDE. (2/23/2007)
