R.S.37:3086.C.1. states the minimum of a “baccalaureate degree or higher degree from a college or university accredited by Southern Association of Schools and Colleges or any other regional accreditation agency with a major course of study in human nutrition, food and nutrition, dietetics, or food systems management.”

Office Hours / Board Office Information

For security reasons, the LBEDN office is no longer accepting walk-ins. Visitors will be required to schedule an appointment in advance. As a state office, all visitors are required to show a government issued ID upon arrival.
