R.S.37:3086.C.1. states the minimum of a “baccalaureate degree or higher degree from a college or university accredited by Southern Association of Schools and Colleges or any other regional accreditation agency with a major course of study in human nutrition, food and nutrition, dietetics, or food systems management.”

For the safety of our employees and patrons, the Board office building is open for visitors by appointment only.  The Board staff is working Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Most documents can be submitted via email or left in the silver mailbox in the front of the building.

 

As of January 1, 2019, LBEDN will no longer issue ID cards. 

You may find and print a PDF version of your card by logging into your Licensee Dashboard.  

 

Renewal postcards will no longer be mailed on April 15th annually.  Certified letters will no longer be mailed in August regarding non-renewal.  Notifications for renewals and non-renewal will be sent via email only.  Please ensure that the email address on file with LBEDN is correct.
